Payment

Payment for the goods and delivery charges can be made by any major credit or debit card through Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to be able to pay through Paypal.

We also accept payment by personal cheque if preferred, please email info@beaubambino.co.uk for further information. We will dispatch your item as soon as your cheque has cleared.

All deliveries are subject to prior authorisation of your payment.

Delivery

Unlike many websites we didn’t think it very fair on our customers to charge a flat rate per order so we have worked very hard to tailor the delivery charge according to weight. Therefore the delivery charge is automatically calculated and will be shown at checkout.
Typical Charges (just for example – these may vary slightly): 1 item of clothing £2.50, 4 items of clothing £3.50, medium sized items under 2kg £4.99, larger heavier items up to £30kg £6.99+

We aim to dispatch your order within 7-10 working days, however, most smaller items will be dispatched much sooner. Where this will not be possible you will be contacted by email. During busy periods, it may take up to 14 working days for your order to be delivered.

Smaller items worth over £10 are shipped via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery Service. Larger items are shipped via a 48 hour courier or Parcel force.

Ordering Outside of the UK

If you would like to order from our product range but would like your order delivered outside of the UK then please contact us before placing your order. Deliveries outside of the UK are based on package size and weight so please let us know what you would like to order and we’ll provide you with a quote for the additional cost of sending the package.

Refunds

We will do everything in our power to ensure that the goods you have ordered are delivered in pristine condition. In the event that you receive damaged or faulty goods a Refund will be provided; please email me with all the details within 7 days.

If you change your mind or the item isn’t suitable a refund can be obtained provided that the goods are returned in their original saleable condition, within 14 days of purchase, the cost of postage shall be borne by you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
